Tías PANK: sin hijos, gastan en sus sobrinos

Ana Alejandra Fuentes Cuiñas, a professor and researcher at UADE (Argentine University of the Enterprise) and her team studied the PANK concept in Buenos Aires and [in her words] "made a big research, mixing Psychology and Marketing (I have this two BA). This is the main newspaper or Argentina, we appeared at the front page on 27 of February."

"In 2013, the marketing PANK invented the acronym to refer to a new segment of consumers, arising from social changes: professional childless aunts (professional aunts no kids). Now, a survey outlined the profile of the Buenos Aires PANK : 72.8% are sisters of some parents, but there are also friends of the couple; 20% actively involved in raising their nephews , influencing parental decisions, and that dedication carries an average cost of 400 pesos per month on outputs and gifts. Annualized and converted to free dollar, that figure is $ 332, about US $ 385 spent by PANK aunts in America.
